Make Blueprint Passable #17

Maybe "Blueprint" blocks should NOT be solid? Because it's "Free to Use" bridge blocks that way. A bit cheaty. You got scaffolds afterall.

I don't know. I personally don't see it as that much of a cheat and I like having them solid for building purposes. I think to most I'll do is add a config option to make them passable.
