Wallet or Bank payment Priority #27

If Market connected to Bank with money, but you got wallet without money you can't perform purchase, it say "Not enough money".

Make so if you try to buy something it first use money from Bank, and then from Wallet, if Bank is empty.

Or just let Player to chose source of payment.

Got it. Check bank first, then check wallet if bank can't make the purchase.
