Changing money bag coin amounts in the config doesn't work #25

Noticed this while testing my server economy, I set the config for the rich bag to only give 20-40 currency worth of coins, but it's still giving me platinum coins (aka 300+ currency.)

CalemiUtils version: 1.1.4 Minecraft version: 1.16.5 Forge version: 36.2.9
