[Suggestion] Lottery and Slot Machines #8

Slot machines and lottery would work as trading posts and server-wide markets correspondingly, but instead of one item option for sale, they would have several prizes (including money), with relative chances of getting certain prizes set by owner. In order to ensure fairness, entire list of options and their relative probabilities is viewable in GUI for potential users.

While it might be a bit too complicated to implement, I really like the idea!
