Draggable single epoch marker in detail chart #193

The single epoch marker in the detail view should be draggable. All single epoch marker in the conf matrix cells and additional cells should be updated accordingly.

Alternative suggestion: Hover over detail plot shows the actual curve values at that epoch. Set the single epoch marker on click.
