Width of matrix columns not set

The column width of matrix columns is never set. This can be especially problematic in the following case:

Steps to reproduce

1. click on AIDS_YEARS dataset
2. add a matrix

Observed behavior

The hash looks like this: http://localhost:8080/#idtype=AIDS_Years&AIDS_Years_0=mothertableNPplLivingWithHiv&colWidths=

Expected behavior

Something like this: http://localhost:8080/#idtype=AIDS_Years&AIDS_Years_0=mothertableNPplLivingWithHiv&colWidths=100
