Improving some logic in the Vis header/view to make filtering faster. n^2 -> n
Also made a small change to the comments panel so it only updates when it is actually in view, greatly increasing selection speed when the panel is closed
Also made a small change to the create workbench sidebar to close the sidebar after a workbench was successfully created
