Hide `.phovea-navbar` from `AppHeader` in `useLoginMenu` #395

The old AppHeader is injecting the .phovea-navbar, which is unecessary in reprovisyn and wrong aligned. Hence, this PR disables all option links and hids the navbar.

This change can be reverted once the login menu has been refactored and does not require the AppHeader.
