Summary of changes

Add new IOrdinoGlobalQuery IQueryFilter interfaces
Add global query to the first workbench
Rename IOrdinoVisynViewXXX to IOrdinoRankingViewXXX as these interfaces are only used for ranking views (hint by @dvzacharycutler )
Add an icon to the Breadcrumb header that indicates if a global query is applied.
