Summary of changes

The issues described are two bugs that are addressed by this PR.

Comments panel

• The dataset landscape does not set the flag commentOpen when calling addFirstWorkbench -> we should find a better way to set missing default values, so that we don't need to remember and change all places
• Previously the missing flag is set to undefined which in-turn is converted internally to true by the comment panel
• We defined setCommentsOpen twice: ordinoSlice and workbenchSlice -> removed the ordinoSlice reducer

Missing ranking

• The mosaic view did not update when the view changed
• This PR adds another useEffect to reset mosaic's initial state
