one-step invoicing

Hi, my report concern a frequent action that is very slow with the SI interface 
and can be faster with a one-click invoicing button.

If I have a new customer and want to generate an invoice and receaving a 
payment in the same action, I have to make several different actions with SI 
and it takes not less than 3 minutes. it is a lot of time when you have many 
invoice.

a ONE-CLICK button could open a SI page with:

1) all the new customer fields to fill-in (because the customer is new),

2)than displayng the invoice section (to generate the invoice content such as 
items, quantity, taxes, notes, etc),

3) than, the simple payment section, in order to record the payment.

At the end of the page, with a single button, I would like to record all the 
data and, maybe, generate the pdf or email it. 

the new customer
the payment
the invoice

and than, the pdf of the invoice or the print will be very fast.

Thank you for your suggestion.

We may be able to do something like "Select a customer or add a new one" which 
would bring up a new dialog with a new customer form. Add a similar setup for 
the payments.

Unfortunately I cannot give you any timescales but I'll make sure this is 
considered in future releases.
