System default invoice templates couldn't be set (rev 3936) #237

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to "Settings -> System Preferences -> Default Invoice Template"
2. The "invoice template" drop-down menu show only the "default" directory

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should show all directories in the "sys/templates/invoices/" folder.

A patch is attached on this ticket.
