Whould it be possible to merge this, fixing #5?

As per my comms on #5 - I don't think this is appropriate to merge as 1.) it includes a changelog which doesn't previously exist, and 2.) this seems like an issue upstream that I've yet to see reported to me by anyone other than you.

I updated my branch but it's not shown here (probably because the PR is closed): https://github.com/CaliDog/certstream-python/compare/master...wagner-certat:fix-sslopts?expand=1

It now only has the possibility to set the ca file as parameter, I hope this is acceptable.
