Issue with heartbeat? #103

Hello,

Thank you for this awesome project. I've been using it for months now but i've never seen any heartbeat message type. Is this thing working? I couldn't find anything about it. Even the little heart glyphicon is not beating on the homepage :broken_heart: :cry:
