support RTL texts depending on selected language #640

in order support Arabic, the layout should support to switch text right to left.

Hello, Nice job :) I think RTL should be thinked as universal not only for arabic but for lot of other languages that are RTL such as Farsi, for example, which would be included in CaliOpen in the future. Thank you gain ! Best regards,

This task is meant for correctly detects text's direction related to the language.
