Generate a new simulated dataset based on the LSFs output from the HD4628 and re-analyze.

I created and shared on Box a new simulated data set with the following parameters:

star = 'sun'
iod = 'keck-nso-52.5'
elsf = 'jay2015'
ech = 'hires'
bcmax = 30000.00 m/s
rvk = 100.00 m/s
vsys = 0.00 m/s
ston = 0
nobs = 100
seed_entry = 200

Note especially use of the new jay2015 LSF, which I created (see issue #8) using the current version of grlsf, which is consistent with the LSF implementation in grand.F (since 2015 and probably earlier).

Thanks, I'm running iGrand on the new dataset now. I think this issue is complete and can be closed. I'll assign the "discuss" label to mark it for discussion at our next telecon (tomorrow).
