Here is the list of changes enumerated by Jay: I believe I have implemented all the changes we were talking about: (1) it allows an input WLS, using the 9-point model; I'll also attach an example of the WLS input file. (2) it allows the WLS to be fixed and not solved for (3) it allows an input LSF (4) it allows the LSF to remain fixed and not be solved for (5) it allows an input TEMPLATE and allows it to be fixed (6) it also allows that if you have input the WLS, LSF, and TEMPLATE, then it can generate a model, with or without noise. This model is not yet in a format that can be read in, but that should be easy to fix.
