Run it on simulated data locking various components

I have run a few test cases and the results are uploaded to our Box directory in iGrand_share/20160809/. I only ran 5 iGrand iterations for these tests for the sake of speed. It looks like fixing the wavelength solution has the largest effect on the resulting velocities. I'll run tests fixing the template once @JayVB sends me the nsosun.tem file that he was using.

I finished running a version fixing the template. We can discuss the results at the next meeting.

Summary:

baseline, fixing nothing (2.5 m/s)
fixing WLS works great! (0.5 m/s)
fixing template doesn't do much (2.5 m/s)
fixing LSF makes things go very wrong (10 m/s)
