Use Sharon's telluric atlas to find regions of the APF spectrum that are less contaminated.

I uploaded to a Box folder theoretical telluric spectra (o2, h2o, both) from Sharon Wang. Please don't distribute further without permission from Sharon. These spectra may help us figure out which APF orders are least contaminated by so-called micro-tellurics.
