Explore SNR dependency #61

Try noising up spectra to check SNR dependency, or run a low SNR "standard" star.

I tested this using simulated solar observations. Here are some plots of the results.

RMS is still clearly systematically limited for these simulated observations for SNR>=200. No RV fudge has been applied. Here are what the velocities look like for a few cases (SNR of dataset labeled at top).

Need to redo and turn off fudge.

Results after turning fudge off. Systematics are greatly reduced.
