M1 Mac Support #198

A strange issue arrises when rvsearch is run on an M1 Mac. The search restarts after the final planet is found and gets stuck in this loop indefinitely.

I believe it is still a problem but without an M1 Mac myself I can't investigate or debug. Supposedly IPAC is working on getting me a machine that I can test on.
