Technical Requirements

• Extraction of key metadata (timestamp, geocodes, description, officer number if available etc)
• Method to map incidents based on key data points (could be done in Python / Grakn in future)

• Node JS (API)
• AI / Analytics (could be based on Python, may also use Grakn in the future)

Acceptance Criteria

Standards we believe this issue must reach to be considered complete and ready for a pull request. E.g precisely all the user should be able to do with this update, performance requirements, security requirements, etc as appropriate.
