Background on the problem the feature will solve/improved user experience

As a first time voter I may not know what are some important things to know about voting in the US. What are some questions that I should be asking myself to ensure I am prepared to vote given my unique circumstances and how can I find that information on the 5/5 app?

Describe the solution you'd like

Under the resources section of the website, a list of the top 10 FAQ that a first time user of 5/5 or voter would ask is available. Maybe even a decision tree that points a particular type of voter (recently moved, convicted felon, student) to the right place (part of 5/5 website or external link) to get correct information.

Tasks

• Research and define baseline of information that should be known by a first time voter or user of 5/5
• Develop top questions and responses (with additional resource links if possible)
• Import FAQ into the 5/5 website (resources section seems most appropriate but the FAQs should be in a prominent location so one can easily find it)

Acceptance Criteria

• In reading the FAQs I have clear steps I can follow to (1) register and cast my vote and (2) understand the purpose of 5/5 voter as a tool
• The FAQs are also translated when a user changes languages on the platform
