Language selector broken - Mobile + RTL **ONLY** #255

Describe the bug The language selector is wacky for RTL on mobile. (Also it's a little wacky on mobile for LTR)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select Arabic language - the site switches to RTL
  2. The language selector is clipped off to the left of the screen
  3. Click on the selector
  4. The menu does not appear and the screen is white.

Expected behavior Menu should display on mobile in RTL

Additional context Menu works fine for RTL languages but on mobile it is clipped a bit on the right.
