Polling Location map says "this page can't load Google Maps correctly" #295

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Voter Journey
  2. Click on Vote
  3. Select New York Municipal Election 2021-11-02
  4. Enter address "79 E. 79th St."
  5. Press enter
  6. Select Polling Location button
  7. Google map error appears.

Expected behavior Map appears without error
