Converting site to PWA

Background on the problem the feature will solve/improved user experience

Convert the site to PWA so users are able to install on their mobile phones more easily. This will also help create a TWA for Google play store.

Describe the solution you'd like

Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) are web apps that use service workers, manifests, and other web-platform features in combination with progressive enhancement to give users an experience on par with native apps. You can read more at MDN docs.

Tasks

• [ ] use vue-pwa package to add service worker and manifest files
• [ ] change icons to Five Fifths icons

Acceptance Criteria

The app should pass the PWA standards dictated by Lighthouse open source tool.
