Background on the problem the feature will solve/improved user experience

A supervisor will get an automated alert to an incident that has been flagged for discrepancies.

Describe the solution you'd like

There is a way to trigger notifications to the supervisor of the reporting officer once discrepancies have been detected in evidence and witness accounts. This would be delivered to the supervisors email address or perhaps to their profile within IARS.
