Background on the problem the feature will solve/improved user experience

The project is currently deployed on IBM Code Engine as an application and three jobs. Add monitoring for the app and jobs using IBM Monitoring tools.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add IBM monitoring to the application and set up weekly reports/alerts to the Slack Channel.

Weekly alerts are sent to Slack informing number of successful and failed jobs
