Create Steering Committee for TakeTwo

In order for TakeTwo to be widely adopted, there has to be increased trust and oversight around the data.

Describe the solution you'd like

Another way we can achieve this trust and oversight is by selecting an independent steering committee that ensures the quality of our data. It will evaluate things such as cultural context, quality of data, emerging racial terms, etc.

• Define full scope of steering committee work
• Define criteria for committee members
• Begin search for committee
• Establish committee

• Acceptance Criteria

  Standards we believe this issue must reach to be considered complete and ready for a pull request. E.g precisely all the user should be able to do with this update, performance requirements, security requirements, etc as appropriate.
