Create functionality to allow client to upload video to server - @ed-snodgrass
Allow alternative video storage see #95 @markstur

UI

Update placeholder filter buttons #175
Turn Admin UI to React from Vue.js (good learning opportunity) @markstur will help guide here; well integrated into back-end - @ed-snodgrass
Replace Vue client with React client
Update readme.md with instructions on creating React components based on Vue.js @ed-snodgrass

Adding React components to mimic Vue.js components, and adding tests along the way. @ed-snodgrass

Tasks

Create new issues for sprint priorities above
Groom new issues for Hacktoberfest
Setup event : Refactoring React components no accessing redox store directly. Peer coding (Good first PR). Possibly 7 am. Target ? - 22nd or 23rd.
