Is your suggestion related to a problem? Please describe. Problem 1: Concerned and impacted citizens don't have a straightforward way of knowing what or how policies and regulations impact them or what they can do in response.

What is your proposed solution? Non-citizen residents, such as legal or illegal immigrants and/or foreign students studying here in United States, may also want to know how policies and regulations affect them. Also, people may want to know how policies and regulations affect others they care about, for example, a citizen may be concerned to identify policies and regulations that affect their children, their parents, etc.

What is the impact of your solution Rephrase problem statement to: Problem 1: Concerned citizens or residents don't have a don't have a straightforward way of knowing what or how policies and regulations impact them or people they care about, or what they can do in response.

Hi - I think that this is fair. Residents as well as citizens becuase residents can use their voices outside of the ballot. Good thinking!
