Define and develop an easy way of enrollment for the IoT device with the phone and the platform #82

Right now devices need to be registered manually to the Watson IoT platform. We will eventually need to automate this process. It may also be something that is resolved by a change in platform, or by adopting an Edge architecture. Investigation is needed.

This will be connected to research on the Edge architectures. Initial thoughts are in EDGE.md

This may be an extra feature added to the dashboard, assuming the IoT Platform has an API.
