應考慮為 opencc-gui 加 icon #8

有需要為 opencc-gui 加設 application icon 或 logo 進而推廣 opencc

There some icons licensed under the LGPL, like the one provided as coding 
sample before.

可以參考現有的 icon 
或基於現有的做修改，當然，如果有人可以為 opencc 
原創一個 icon 就更加好

以上三個可以作為參考
第一個是「中」字 icon
第二個，同 convertZ 都是 gear
第三個，一般 app icon

這些都是LGPL的圖標，而opencc是以apache發佈的，可能會不兼容�

以我所知 Apache License 2.0 兼容 LGPL
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html

另外，值得一提的是，免費版的 Qt 是以 LGPL 發佈

再者，根據條文，LPGL 是可以用來 close source 的軟件，只是 
obj codes have to be provided, 令 user 可以自己 link with other library

簡單來說就是，close source 軟件都可以用 LGPL library，如果 
static link 就要 provide users .o files，如果用 share link 
就簡單，只要可以讓他們可以換 .dll or .so

而 opencc 是 open source，理論上用了 LPGL library, 不會違反 LPGL

LGPL只允許link到library，而圖標的使用不知道是不是屬於link。

LGPL 應該無傳染性的，即是用了 LGPL，不需要以 LPGL 發佈

但如果修改了，其修改後的制成品就需以 LPGL 發佈

不過，那些 icons 都只供參考，只是 opencc-gui 
應該要有一個代表的 icon
