Choppy audio when selecting any sample rate above 48KHz #12

Seems to be an issue with ASIO4ALL on Windows (Happened on 2 sperate Windows Manchines with ASIO4ALL), for some reason the sample rate would set itself to 11,025Hz (44.1Khz / 4). This does not happen with WASAPI.
