Clean up obk alias install/mounts #98

Right now:

obk aliases are dumped to ~/.bash_aliases
~/.bash_aliases is mounted into the docker container and sourced by the ~/.bashrc that is also mounted

Ideal:

obk aliases are dumped to ~/.obk_aliases
we add a block to the ~/.bashrc that sources ~/.obk_aliases
~/.obk_aliases are created in the docker container independently of whether it's mounted or not - if mounted, just overrides
