• split off tutorial
• use nbsphinx to generate HTML pages from Jupyter notebooks and incorporate them into the docs pages with the same theme

@JohnGood I have three remaining issues that maybe you could help with.

• The input cell background color makes it a little difficult to read the cells in the tutorials. Can you edit the CSS for the theme to make this look better?
• The output from the directory_listing command is quite long? Maybe there is a away for nbsphinx to turn that into a scrollable frame like when working in a Jupyter notebook
• Some of the tables aren't rendering in the primary tutorial. If you re-run the notebook so that the outputs show up as normal in the live Jyputer notebook and then save that I think they will work (but I don't have the koaadmin credentials to run it myself)

I can try to take a look at this more next week if you don't have time or can't figure it out.

Shoot, looks like I have a bunch of conflicts to resolve too. Although I'm pretty sure I want to take the version from this branch for all of these files.

OK, @JohnGood the content of the tutorials is good to go, but I still can't figure out the CSS tricks to make it look pretty. I'll come down and talk with you about it.
