OTM warning messages not being displayed by GUI #47

The OTM prints to standard out as it runs. Lines starting with ERROR are being displayed in a GUI pop-up window but lines starting with WARNING are not. I suggest these go in the messages window.

I changed WARNING messages to start with ERROR. See how that goes...
