Clicking "ABORT" in GUI, GUI changes state indicator to "ABORTING...", Sequencer state indicates "ABORTREQ TCS" but nothing further happens.

Issuing "shutdown" doesn't help, either. State changes to "ABORTREQ SHUTTING TCS"
