save changes buttons should be greyed #9

Currently always illuminated/colored, should be greyed-out when not applicable per design document. Also should be called "save changes" rather than "accept cancel". image

It was implemented slightly differently. When the plot is current the color is GREEN indicating that everything is in sync. If you make ANY edits that would make the plot out of date the color of the Save button changes. Do you really want to change the GREEN to GREY? That's essentially what you are asking for.

I implemented this as GREEN when no edit has been done and ORANGE when the table needs to be recalculated. Tell me if you want to change the GREEN icon to grey. I'm closing this now and waiting for instructions.
