We need at minimum a description of the app and its functionality, as well as a basic tutorial in the readme.

Added basic info to the readme. Still missing an FAQ and a tutorial.

Tried to minimize graph jargon for the "tutorial". A video tutorial is on my todo list: I think it's the clearest way to show off functionality.
