Opening and deleteing nodes broken #39

Nodes appear to be deleted, but they're not being removed from the nodes object. So on open they reappear. Opening is also not repositioning the nodes to their saved positions: the positions are saved correctly in the .dominodes file, but on load they become "NaNvw". They then render on top of on another in the top left corner: openbug

Automated testing definitely would have caught this issue; as if we didn't have incentive enough to set it up ASAP...
