VMT Module #11

After running the VMT module on an unmodified version of Scenario A (no increment), the values for the total annual VMT (miles, on the Analysis slide-out) and annual vehicle emissions (lbs CO2e, from the charts at the top) are numerically identical. When modify scenario A, these values remain identical following completion of the run. The average GHG/mile values that I've seen are close to 1lb/mile, but exactly seems like an error.

Also, the Annual VMT per capita values in the slide out and the chart differ slightly.

Nate - thanks for the catch on the GHG calculation. We addressed this in PR #12 and you can get the latest code by running a git pull. joe
