See test:
"Interruptions at doses times - BW covariate - IOV on KA - No events - (RxODE/mrgsolve)" in testSimulateEventsLogic.R

At interruption time 10, IOV_KA is NA causing RxODE to throw a warning and to give incorrect results.

This bug is not present with mrgsolve.
