Submission of campsis v1.2.2 to CRAN

Campsis v1.2.2 can't be submitted on CRAN because CRAN version of RxODE is not working on Mac. Next version of Campsis (v1.3.0) will integrate new engine 'rxode2' (will be the default engine). This version will be submitted on CRAN. See #92 .
