User Story

As a user I should be able to click on the view button and information about the album and why Calvin or Glenn likes the album should pop up

AC

WHEN I click on the view button THEN I should be able to see a pop up about the album AND I should also be able to close the pop up too

Development

Go to Bootstraps and use on of the pop up modals that they have
Create a function that will pop up when the view button is clicked
