ASP.NET Core 3.0 has been out long enough to start using. We'll keep the old project in the solution for now.

Need to fix namespace issue. Gonna delete the old project as well since it's causing issues.

Namespace issue is bigger than I thought. Need to redo the entire 3.0 migration project to do it.
