Cell Types #6

Is there any support in this for cell types? When I bound my grid up to knockout, it looks like it lost all of my cell types/readonly settings for my columns, and simply bound everything (including what was previously a "checkbox" data type) as text.

There currently no support in this version. I have created another version which supports it. I may upload it at some point.
