As a Parent, I want to know how much my co-pay would be for a given childcare facility so that I can easily make an informed decision

This requires that the dataset need to be extended and additional business rules will need to be provided. Product owner to provide input/guidance.

This is a low priority. We can assign this issue to a future sprint when we have more supporting data.
