Enhancement to UC1: Create functionality to Search by Provider Name #44

UC1: As a Caseworker or Parent, I would like to search for childcare providers in my vicinity so that I can choose the best provider for a child

Tester Comment:

The solution does not let me actually search for a specific provider by name. As a parent, I might be given a list of recommended names from a friend, how can I take a look at those providers directly, or see if they are in my vicinity.

Searched for a provider named 'Carolyn Shoop'. The application does not provide any results; nor it displays an error message

Searched for a provider named 'Carolyn'. The application responds with 20 providers, but none of them have the provider name 'Carolyn Shoop'

Strongly suggest that the product owner consider this functionality.

This is a low priority at this time. Will assign it to a future sprint.
