In the course of #40, it was realised that the contents of the regression tests data files (except the sample case) were in error.
Previously we had investigated the use of git lfs to store the test case data so it wasn't handled by the repo. However, in the end we decided to use a subset of test cases and abandoned git las. However, the data associated with there regression tests still points to lfs storage.
We need to update the contents of the data files with the correct data rather than pointers to the ifs storage.
